Flamingo Chicks

If we are going to have a "chick" page I thought we should have a feminine flamingo on the top.

Wine country was a huge success. We all had a blast-the weather was great. Wine, food, shopping, food, wine, shopping-what more could we ask for? Several of us bought new shoes while in Solvang while others bought clothes and jewelry. Wine, of course, was purchased by many.

The "chicks" had a fun Sunday afternoon at the Laguna Arts Festival.  Bonnie Beaux was doing her thing with all her beautiful jewelry and we were able to shop, look at all the creativity, and purchase quite a few items.  We finished the afternoon off by eating at the restaurant. Mark (Bonnie's husband) joined us for dinner. He couldn't resist eating with all of us. A great time was had by all. Thank you Sherry and Bonnie for organizing this.  For pictures click here.

The Creation was quite interesting.  It wasn't what I expected at all but it was very good! A late night for those of us that worked the next day. Thank you, Debbie, for planning this. Eleven of us attended this event. To see how gorgeous we looked check out the pictures.
